LG aficionados will soon have one less reason to be envious of iPhone users as LG has announced their latest full touch screen Dolby Mobile handset, the KC910.
A successor to the extremely popular Viewty, the KC910 is extremely thin; as in just shy of 14mm. It will come standard with 3.0-inch WQVGA full-touch LCD screen with a fully customizable interface. Additionally, the KC910 will come with an industry-leading 8.0-megapixel camera, a xenon flash, ISO sensitivity up to 1600, image stabilization, auto-focus, and manual focus, Face Tracking, Smile Shot and blink detection.
The KC910 will also include Dolby Mobile for clean, powerful bass. It will be able to record video from 5 to 120 frames per second for both fast and slow motion. It will also play DivX and Xvid movies without the need for encoding.
Finally I will offer Wi-Fi access or 3G HSDPA connections up to 7.2Mbps. It also includes a Jogging Buddy program that uses GPS technology to help track workouts and did we mention that the GPS capabilities allow users to geotag photos?
Price not yet announced but units should hit stores this October. See full article.
